Waterfall Vest | Gingham Shirt | High Waist Jeans | Benah for Karen Walker Bag (similar mini duffel bag) | Pom Pom Bag Charm
Happy Tuesday, dolls! Hope you’re well! I’ve had a crazy couple of weeks full of holiday prep and unplanned home repairs. The old phrase “when it rains it pours” has felt particularly relevant to my life lately. Every time we get one thing fixed, something else breaks. That is not an exaggeration at all. If you follow Jillian Harris (my favorite blogger/TV personality/Instagrammer/human), her Living My Own Love It or List It Nightmare post had me laughing and crying because I was like, “this! my life!” I don’t usually talk a lot about my life (like, my real life), but let’s just say that I’ve been a little bit of a stress ball lately and I’ve been struggling with anxiety. This is nothing out of the ordinary for me but I’ve been having a bit of harder time snapping out of it.
In any case, I’m super excited to be back at it and sharing this pre-Thanksgiving look (as in, I shot this a long time ago). Thankfully I still love it. This waterfall front vest is one of my top two favorite pieces (next to this sleeveless coat, last seen here) this season AND it’s under $20. Our December has been very mild so, I like having a lightweight vest as an added layer that’s not too warm. It makes me feel a little more put together no matter what else I’m wearing.
If you haven’t already, make sure you check out this awesome giveaway just in time for Christmas!
Much love,
