This sale-find romper is reminiscent of my childhood. It’s even button-up in the front! I thought I wouldn’t like the red and black, but the denim jacket definitely helps soften the look.
This little romper was an impulse sale buy that I found around the holidays. It was on major clearance at Wet Seal and I just couldn’t resist. I knew it would be a while before I could wear it and I wasn’t sure exactly how I’d wear it, but for the price I had to get it. I don’t recommend shopping like that. As a general rule, I’d say that buying things out of season (especially if you’re not sure how you’d wear them) is not a great idea. I know myself and I know that when I make purchases like that, I’m not likely ever going to wear the item. So whether it cost $100 or $10, it’s generally money wasted. In this case, however, it worked out…because I’m smitten with this romper.

I wish summer was here so I could wear my rompers! What a lovely combination!
I know, Mai! We had a few warm days, but I wish it would stay warm so I could keep wearing rompers and dresses! Thanks for the love!
I can’t wait to pull my rompers out of their winter storage – they’re ready to see some light! I love how you styled this with a denim jacket over top!
Thanks, Claire! I’m ready to break out all the warm-weather clothes, too! We’ve had a few nice days here, but it’s supposed to get cold again.

I just love your dress, is perfect! And the whole outfit is well put together, works 100%!
Haven’t jumped on the romper wagon yet, but I finally may this season! I think I’m looking for a strappy black one, but I love the red floral!
It took me a while to jump on, Sabrina, and I’m still sometimes not sure how I feel about them. A strappy black one sounds like a great idea! Thanks for the love 🙂
