Layers for Transitioning to Fall

We had a cool enough day this past weekend that I actually brought out this chunky cardigan!  Just when I was starting to think that I had forgotten how to dress for fall, mother nature gives the gift of a cool, rainy day. It was the perfect kind of day to layer both clothes and accessories.  When transitioning to fall, layers are the perfect thing.  Start with basics, like a white tee, and add a jacket or cardigan.  You can also add a scarf or hat.  Do the same with your accessories and you are sure to have a thoughtful looking outfit.

This past weekend was also perfect for Oka-B‘s.  These flats are adorable, comfortable, and the only pair of flats that you can wear in the rain without a care.  I’ve been wearing them non-stop lately.  They also transition nicely to fall.  The color, for one, is a great fall color.  Plus, the material is great for summer but the closed toe flat can easily be worn in fall, too.

Happy Tuesday!
Much love,
Mae
