Earlier this week, I was privileged with the opportunity to co-host Topshop x Her Campus’ Dress Up and Go event with Jordan from The Hat Logic. We had such a good time hanging out and getting mini makeovers and talking about Topshop’s summer dress lineup. We each had the opportunity to pull a few dresses and style them for different occasions. Check out my dress picks and styling after my recap.

Topshop has an incredible personal shopping service. You can schedule an appointment and a stylist will help you shop and put looks together. If you have an event or vacation, I would highly recommend taking advantage of this service. Even if you don’t have an occasion, it’s so nice to have someone give you suggestions for how to style things for you (i.e., taking into consideration your style, body, and preferences). Our Topshop has a beautiful personal shopping area with a lounge area as well. Personal shopping is available for guys and gals alike, so you can even schedule an appointment together.

Her Campus x Topshop Dress Up and Go Event
If you follow me on socials, you probably saw that earlier this week I co-hosted an event at Topshop in Atlanta. Jordan from The Hat Logic (such a sweetheart with incredible style – follow her!) and I got together on Tuesday to preview Topshop’s summer dress lineup and pull a few of our favorite looks together. I pulled four looks total: the black wrap dress I wore for the evening, an internship look, a festival look, and a weekend look. I absolutely love dresses in the summer (or, anytime really) because they are a true one and done piece for any gal on the go. You can literally throw on a dress and (with or without accessories) you’re good to go.
I am a longtime fan of Topshop and never met a Topshop dress I didn’t like. I’m currently obsessed with their wrap dresses. I’ve added three to my wardrobe and don’t know how I ever lived without them. I understand how that sounds to think of a dress as a necessity. It’s not a necessity. It’s a luxury. But as someone who wears clothes often and likes to look put together when I do, I think a wrap dress is a pretty great thing to have. It’s flattering on pretty much any body type and very versatile. Wear alone with strappy heels and dainty necklaces for a classic and chic look, OR pair it with a leather jacket and bold heels (I fell hard for these coral mid heels) for an edgier look.
I so enjoyed visiting with everyone who came to the event. Beauty Bar of Buckhead was there doing hair, nails, and makeup. It was so nice to hang out, be pampered, and shop. Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by and thank you to Her Campus and Topshop for having us!
