I rarely do a dedicated review on Mae Amor.  I normally slide a review into a normal outfit post or just drop a little line about an experience I’ve had.  However, this review is one that I just really wanted to do.  So I’m taking a break from your regular holiday programming to bring you this review.  I was recently contacted by Firmoo, a “Global Online Optical Store,” to test out a pair of glasses.  They provided the glasses, but left it up to me to do a review or not.  I had a really positive experience and thought I would share the company with you.  Also, I’ve gotten a LOT of questions about these glasses.  So, here you go.

Whether you’re looking for prescription glasses, “just because”/fashion glasses (non-prescription lens comes free with the frame), or prescription sunglasses, Firmoo has your eyewear needs covered.  The site is super easy to use, the glasses ship pretty quickly, and they are affordable.  They have tons of options – this tortoise pair is obviously my personal favorite.  I’m considering ordering a red pair as well because why not?  Finally, you get a neat case (I got the map) and cloth wipe with your purchase.

And now, I leave you with this little meme.  One day, in a too-many-hours-of-overtime-and-snack-induced-coma, I started watching Candidly Nicole and just. couldn’t. stop.  It’s delightfully funny and awkward, which is just my style.  It’s “unscripted,” but clearly planned, which makes it even more awkward and hilarious.  The episode where Nicole plans to fake an eye exam had me cracking up.  And when I think of glasses, I now think of this show.
