Blue Ikat Skirt

I told you I’ve been obsessed with blues lately.  If it’s blue, I’m probably going to at least pick it up.  What’s even better than blue?  A floppy blue ikat skirt, of course!  I had so much fun shooting this look because the entire outfit just made me feel good.  That is, when I wasn’t trying to keep my skirt from catching the wind.  That happened.  And that’s why I have the hat plastered to my side in some of these pictures.  The price we pay.  That’s why I generally wear running shorts under skirts like this.  If it does catch the wind, I may look ridiculous but at least I’m covered.

What sort of things do you do to protect yourself from little fashion mishaps?
