I’m gearing up for all the fall things and my first stop is always Asos, so I thought I’d round up all the best stuff on the site right now so you don’t have to.
If you’ve kept up with Mae Amor for any amount of time, it probably became clear to you very quickly that I have a massive love for Asos. I place orders there frequently despite my decision to drastically cut my shopping budget. After walking around my house feeling like I have nothing to wear but realizing I have unworn clothes in every closet, I had a little bit of a wake-up call and realized I ordered too much ish. So I stopped ordering ish.
I try to be much more calculated in what I buy. I don’t just order stuff because it’s cute or on sale. It has to be for an event or a shoot, or be a very practical piece that I know I’ll wear. This is why I love Asos. I have a premium subscription ($19/year for unlimited 2-day shipping) so I order a shirt on Tuesday and it will be here on Thursday. If I have a last minute campaign come up and I need the perfect bell sleeve blouse to go with those jeans, to Asos I go. If I forgot to order something for an event, to Asos I run. If I get invited to a concert and need a new jacket, you better believe I’m going to Asos. This makes it much easier to just order one item and not feel like you have to order a certain amount to justify shipping or qualify for free shipping.
