I’ve not been feeling like myself lately.  I’ll probably say it 100 times more on this journey to getting back to where I want to be.  I’m “curvier” than I’m used to, which is maybe the biggest contributor to my feeling this way.  I’m kicking off some changes to help me get back to where I want to be and have committed to taking better care of myself (mind, body/skin, and spirt).  “Getting back” probably isn’t even the appropriate phrase because I’ve really set out for improvement.  In any case, these changes take time.  But then that’s why there’s red lipstick and leopard print.
