Asos Animal Print Shift Dress

I’ve had my eye on this animal print shift dress from Asos for a while but it wasn’t available in my size.  I finally decided to go for it because I had Asos gift cards from #SBSCon.  I bought a size up from my normal Asos size and figured it didn’t matter because it’s a looser fitting dress.  And I think I made the right choice.  It’s loose for sure but it’s comfortable without looking like a sack.

Now that summer is coming to a close, I find myself wishing that I had worn more colorful prints and patterns this year.  It’s not for lack of colorful pieces in my wardrobe.  When I’m purchasing, I’m drawn to bold patterns in a variety of colors.  When getting dressed in the morning, however, I’m drawn to comfort (i.e., boyfriend jeans or cutoffs and a v-neck).  I have a whole host of pieces in my closet begging to be worn before the weather cools off too much.
