Lately I’ve been trying to catch up on Mad Men (I’m in the 5th season so no spoilers, please). As I’ve been watching I’ve realized how much of current style (both fashion and decor) is influenced by Mad Men. The early seasons (set in the early sixties) are full of midi skirts and I feel so inspired by them. The look is classic and chic.
These classic single strap sandals are wonderful as well. I think every woman should have a pair in her wardrobe right now. They are simple, delicate, and beautiful and go with absolutely everything from this midi skirt to distressed boyfriend jeans.
