The Cape Coat
I’ve decided that if I were to travel any where this winter, I would just bring several pairs of these ankle zip, coated skinnies from Joe’s, These Jeffrey Campbell booties, and several tops. The skinnies are easy to roll, lightweight, and comfortable! The booties give me height but with the chunky heel, they are easy to walk around in. A camel colored cape with faux fur detailing on the hood is the perfect top to balance out the chunky shoes.
About the cape coat – I watched Scandal (Season 2. So no spoilers, please!) for a good while yesterday which left me with another serious case of Olivia Pope outfit envy. It’s a real thing, folks. Be careful. In any case, I think my next cape coat will have to be at least one part Olivia Pope.
