Floral Babydoll Dress

Happy Monday, dolls! As always, hope you had a fabulous weekend! Nick and I had a wonderful weekend together and spent a good bit of time out and about despite the cooler weather. Thank goodness for over-the-knee boots and cozy suede jackets!

Lately I’ve been obsessed with this floral babydoll dress and have been dying to wear it. It has 3/4 sleeves, making it a perfect spring transition dress, and also perfect for someone who prefers not to wear anything sleeveless (hint: this girl). I’ve been itching to wear it with my Steve Madden Carrson heels in blue suede, but it’s been a tad too cold so far. I couldn’t wait to wear the dress, though, so I broke out the OTK boots and wore the dress to a friend’s bridal shower. A little tip for wearing OTK boots – I always buy them a half to full size up so I can wear fluffy socks with them. This not only keeps my feet supes cozy, it also makes the shoes even more comfortable.

Determined to get every wear I can out of my suede jacket, I decided to let it have a moment, too, and I love that it matches the green in the dress. I think I’ll be filing this exact combo to wear again in the fall. In the meantime, I’ll look forward to wearing this dress again very soon. And I’ll be wearing this jacket lots more, too, TBH.
