The Red Skirt

I have had a hectic couple of weeks.  Hence, I am sharing this post a little late.  I had actually scheduled it for early last week.  But I needed to take a couple of days (read: the better part of a couple weeks) to get back in the groove.  Late or not, this feels like a great time to share this outfit post.  I have been loving red skirts and I think this look is my favorite for the holidays.  I’m only five feet tall, so I was a bit concerned about wearing a skirt that came past my knees, but for some reason this works.  It’s probably due mostly to the fact that this skirt is PERFECTION.  The shape is ultra flattering and the red is an ideal pop of color for holiday parties.  To complete this holiday look, sparkly jewelry and silver pumps seem appropriate.  And, of course, a touch of leopard print can never be wrong (right?).
